You can do it several ways
1. is to use Photobucket.com or any uploading site - click on the pic you uploaded and on the right it lists share links - next up above on the toolbar in this post you see a picture image click that and insert - the direct link into it then click insert image.
2. at the top right you see add poll or add attachment , you click that , then add files and pick the picture you want to use then click done. It will make the picture smaller but if you click on it - it will grow larger .
3. Is probably the easiest , using photobucket again , the shared links- copy and paste the last link which is the IMG link - then just paste it right into this post then just hit create thread or create post if you are replying..
